Yesterday, pupils from Years 4, 5, and 6 enjoyed a fun-filled and educational day trip to London, packed with culture, history, and a touch of adventure.
The day began with sightseeing around the capital. They saw the iconic Big Ben and enjoyed a walk over the Millennium Bridge, taking in the impressive views of the River Thames and the London skyline.
Afterwards, the children enjoyed a visit to the British Museum, where students marvelled at ancient artefacts and explored exhibits from around the world. Next, the group headed to the Houses of Parliament for a guided tour, learning about democracy and the inner workings of UK government.
Throughout the day, the pupils navigated the busy London Underground and train stations with enthusiasm and resilience. Staff praised their excellent behaviour and teamwork as they moved confidently around the city.
It was a memorable day of learning outside the classroom, and students returned home tired but inspired by everything they had seen and experienced.
