As the school year draws to a close, we say a heartfelt goodbye to our amazing Year 6 pupils, who are now ready to take the next big step on their journey to secondary school.
Over the past year, Year 6 have worked incredibly hard, showing resilience, maturity, and kindness every step of the way. From their dedication during SATs to their enthusiasm on trips and projects, they have been excellent role models for the younger children.
To celebrate their time at our school, pupils took part in a special Leavers’ Assembly filled with laughter, memories, and a few tears. There were performances, speeches, and plenty of proud moments as we reflected on everything they have achieved during their time here.
The celebrations continued with a fun-filled Year 6 BBQ, where pupils enjoyed food, games, music, and time to relax and make even more special memories with their friends and teachers. It was a lovely way to mark the end of their primary school journey.
Staff and families gathered to wish the children well and share in their excitement for the future. They leave behind lasting memories and friendships, and while we are sad to see them go, we know they are more than ready for the adventures that await.
We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our Year 6 leavers and look forward to hearing all about their successes in the years to come. Good luck – and don’t forget to come back and visit!
